Service Description

Join us at our private yoga studio for ritualistic consumption of cannabis followed by a slow, contemplative yoga session. Then hang out and share more cannabis and some snacks and conversation. The ritual bowl will be provided, and you are welcome to bring additional cannabis for your own consumption or to share with the group. The instructor has 25 years of experience teaching yoga and invites you to meet yourself on the mat where you are today. She will help you find the pose that fits your body right now. The classes are slow and contemplative to allow you time to explore the poses, slow down, and relax into your body and mind. Learning to be fully present in the moment will bring a new dimension to your life and relationships. Let mtn grrl help you stretch your mind and your body. Please note that these classes are Clothing Optional, but there is nothing sexual about the practice. You are welcome to wear as much or as little as you wish.
